Traditional Virtual Tours have mainly used Panoramic Pictures, we have taken it a step further. We do offer Panoramic Pictures either partial or 360 Degree, but in addition we add a unique video, for a combination to meet all Needs.

All Packages

We provide several Virtual Tour Packages combining Video, Panoramic, Still Photos, and a Slide Show. In addition, all Packages include a map, aerial view, mortgage calculator defaulted to the listing price, printable flyer, and a link to local school information. We will also e-mail a link to the tour to you . We will also e-mail a link to the system administrator of your MLS and Your office, for posting to their systems if that option exists.

To reduce open internet windows, most items will open up directly within the tour window.

Package 1

This package will suit the needs of most homes -

Package 1 includes a video segment approximately 1 minute long, Up to 4 Panoramic Photos, and 20 Still Photos both static and in a slide show. And of course all the items mentioned under 'All Packages'

Package 2

Larger homes with many photogenic features will benefit greatly from this package -

Package 2 includes a video segment approximately 2 minutes long, Up to 5 Panoramic Photos, and 20 Still Photos both static and in a slide show. And of course all the items mentioned under 'All Packages'

Flexibility

We make every attempt to be flexible to your needs. For example, in package 1, if you don't want video, we can substitute for an extra panorama. If you really just want video, we can substitute an extra minute of video for the 4 panoramas.

You can add extra Stills, Panoramas or Video minutes to any package, and longer videos can be divided into segments for faster loading.

Out of Town Package

We love local business, because we want to take the photos and have full quality control over the finished product. We do have the ability however to create tours for those of you who are out of the area, we just have no way to give you panoramas.

Your package will include 2 minutes of video, with no Panoramas, up to 20 Still Photos both static and in a slide show. And of course all the items mentioned in 'All Packages' , except that maps and areal photo's are subject to availability in your area.

The video can be divided into separate segments, and is made from digital photos you provide, using our proprietary suite of software. Additional minutes of video is also an additional option.

Picture Path

We are a Picture Path Partner with Realtor.com. This allows us to upload a Tour Link to Realtor.com, for any property which has a valid MLS#, in a MLS system which participates with Realtor.com.

If you add this option, Realtor.com does charge for it, and we will add the cost to your tour. This option is currently $20.00.
